Central are now in the statutory consultation period for which they hope to have support from those interested in the work of the School, and hope local residents may wish to express support and
- Welcome Central’s intentions to enhance facilities and broaden its contribution to the local community;
- Comment on the appropriateness of the design of the building, the quality of the architecture, and its positive relationship with neighbouring buildings,
and
- Consider the aesthetic improvement of the space which has for so long has had a temporary shed on this important corner site.
The planned building will include five new studios – one of which will be a new studio theatre, and another will focus on film and broadcast needs. The top will feature a dance and movement studio.
