100 Avenue Road Public Enquiry July 2015

Zac Goldsmith, Member of Parliament for Richmond Park and North Kingston, has written to the Planning Inspector to support this important local campaign to prevent the construction of the proposed 24-story building in Swiss Cottage. Read his letter >

The Planning Inspector has now sent his recommendation regarding the appeal to the Secretary of State. This recommendation has not been made public to local groups. The final decision on the development now rests with the Secretary of State who is free to either follow or disregard the Inspector's recommendation. The Secretary of State's decision will be made public on or before 30 November 2015.

We would now urge you to please write to the Secretary of State, as well as the Minister for Housing and Planning. Please state your opposition to the proposed development asking them to reject Essential Living's appeal. Two or three sentences are enough.
